Founder and CEO – Paudie Healy
The credibility and expertise of Universal Access is personified by the CEO and founder Paudie Healy. He is a disruptive change maker developing innovative solutions for businesses and public services to imbed disability and age inclusion for all employees and customers. He is dedicated and passionate to improve the lives for people with disabilities and our ageing society through solutions for business to maximise their employee talents, profits, and sustainability.
Paudie iis appointed as a subject matter expert to international boards, national and international standards committees, non-executive board director of European Network for Accessible Tourism, Universal Design taskforce member with the International Air Transport Association, professional member with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals and a regular speaker globally. Paudie is also a former appointee by the Minister for Transport Tourism and Sport in Ireland to the Government Tourism Leadership Group.
