The programme is developed after consultations with the management teams at different destination level.
These sessions deliver an accurate international overview, statistics, and tools on what is required to develop your location as a world inclusive destination for all.
Universal Access can develop a training program for all individual departments specific to your requirement. This can be for Access officers, policy development in the public sector, procurement departments, IT and digitalisation in WCAG AA, marketing and information provision, building and facilities department etc.
Public Sector Employee – Disability Awareness, Diversity, and Inclusion Training
Universal Access deliver comprehensive training to public sector employees in Disability Awareness, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, incorporating the principles of Universal Design.
To deliver an inclusive experience for public citizens and for public sector employees to be fully inclusive with regards to their human cycle changing needs, it is vital that the public sector executive management, department managers, and staff understand the concepts of impairments, barriers, etiquette, accessibility and inclusion. This ensures their employment, facilities, services, and information will satisfy the various requirements for everyone.
