Universal Access delivers business owners and staff comprehensive training in Disability Awareness, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, incorporating the principles of Universal Design.
Our full pack of official courseware has been developed by our Universal Access team of experts. The courseware relies on research of current international scientific and management studies along with the team’s knowledge and experience.
At the end of this course, learners will have acquired knowledge, skills and competencies to guide them as individuals in attaining their personal vocational goals. They will understand how to contribute as employees to the organisation’s inclusive practices regarding employment of people with disabilities and provision of equitable services for all customers in a whole of life approach.
This Disability Awareness, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion training programme developed by Universal Access is accredited by the Irish Institute of Training and Development nationally and by the European Network for Accessible Tourism internationally.
